FAQ's

Everything you need to know before you set off on the Galgorm Castle Fairy Trail adventure.

Planning Your Visit

Quick answers to the questions our fairy-tale adventurers ask most often.

What are the opening times?
The fairy trail is open daily during the main season from 10 am until 4 pm, with last entry at 3 pm. Weekend and holiday periods may have extended hours — please check Latest News before travelling.
Do I need to book tickets in advance?
We strongly recommend booking ahead, especially at weekends and school holidays, as the trail has a limited daily capacity to keep the experience magical and uncrowded.
Is the trail suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs?
Most of the trail follows firm gravel paths and is pushchair-friendly. A short woodland section can be uneven after heavy rain. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us and we will advise on the best route.
Can we bring our dog?
Well-behaved dogs on a short lead are welcome on the trail. Please bring water for them and clean up after them so that every visitor enjoys a sparkling experience.
